Luise has worked for Trinity College, London for many years, examining both grades and diplomas in many parts of the world including Japan, Argentina, Lebanon, Oman, China, Malaysia and New Zealand. As Associate Chief Examiner in music she was responsible for the recruitment of examiners and for devising, developing and delivering a full training programme for new and established examiners. Her remit included moderating and standardising the panel and she formulated and ran successful examiner conferences and workshops. She also worked on syllabus setting, creating assessment criteria and designing Improvisation and Aural Tests along with collaborating with the Drama department on Musical Theatre initiatives. Now working as a freelance consultant and senior trainer, she continues to have input on a wide variety of projects, and has special responsibility for singing at Trinity. In 2016 she was awarded an Hon TCL in recognition of her work.
